Lords Cricket ground to host Olympic Archery competition

Lord's cricket ground is known as the Mecca of cricket and it is the aspiration for every cricket player to perform their best in this cricket ground. But for next year we are going to see some change as This cricket ground will host the Archery competition in the London 2012 games.

Lords Cricket is the home ground of Middlesex County Cricket Club and after these games Cricket will return to the famous cricket venue and will be a base for Marylebone Cricket Club and Middlesex County Cricket Club.

Some important information about Archery Competition in London games:
Schedule Dates: Friday 27 July to Friday 3 August
Medal events: 4 (2 for men and 2 for women. 1 Team and 1 Individual events for both men and women)
Participating Athletes: 128 (64 men, 64 women)
